At Winshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund within 3-5 business days. We will refund the original purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@winshopbd.com with your order number and the details of the exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you.
Damaged or Defective Items:

We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or exchange depending on your preference.
Exceptions:
