Confirmation of Cancellation:
Once we receive your cancellation request within the specified time frame, we will promptly review it. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and send you a confirmation email.

Shipped Orders:
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item(s) according to our Returns and Refunds Policy once you receive them.

Exceptions:
Please note that certain items may be non-cancellable or non-refundable, such as personalized or customized products. Additionally, promotional or limited-time offers may have specific cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
